About the Role Loftware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Quality Systems Specialist to join our expanding Global Compliance team headquartered in Portsmouth, NH. Reporting to the Director of Global Compliance, you will support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Loftware's Quality Management System (QMS) and work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. You'll receive guidance and mentorship while developing your knowledge of quality standards, compliance processes, internal auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Support the maintenance of Loftware's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date. Assist with internal and external audits, including supporting SOC 2 Type II and ISO audit activities. Help track and document corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), audit findings, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with reviewing and updating quality procedures, policies, and documentation. Support customer Request for Information (RFI) questionnaires related to quality and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality best practices and continuous improvement. Assist with quality-related activities associated with mergers and acquisitions, as needed. Perform administrative and coordination tasks that support the Global Compliance team. What You'll Need: 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Compliance, or a related field, or a recent graduate with relevant internships or coursework. Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Basic understanding of quality management principles and an interest in learning about ISO standards, CAPA, auditing, and compliance. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with document management or quality systems is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Nice to Have: Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or other quality and compliance frameworks through education, internships, or previous experience. Experience working with document management systems or quality management systems. Internship or project experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Process Improvement. Familiarity with software or technology companies. Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization.
