Role Description

You will jump into the full hiring cycle from day one, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through trial tasks and interviews at pace. At its heart this is a people job: you will build genuine relationships, be the warm voice candidates trust, and keep them supported at every step. You will use AI to work smarter and move faster, so your energy goes on people, not admin. Expect to learn quickly, take on more each week, and grow as fast as you can handle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Support - Help find and engage strong candidates across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screening and Progression - Run structured screens and keep scorecards and notes sharp.
• Candidate Experience - Be a warm, timely point of contact throughout the process.
• AI Tools and Automation - Use AI tools to draft outreach, summarise CVs, and shortlist.
• Pipeline Hygiene - Keep candidate data clean and tracking tight across our systems.
• Job Posting and Distribution - Post roles across channels and keep listings accurate and visible.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree - Bachelor's degree completed
• Confident Communicator - Fluent written and spoken English, outgoing and comfortable on calls.
• Recruitment Exposure - 0-1 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related internship.
• Organised and Detailed - Keeps stages, notes, and candidate data clean across systems.
• High Ownership and Pace - Proactive self-starter who moves quickly without dropping quality.
• Hands-on AI Usage - Comfortable using AI to draft outreach, summarise CVs, and shortlist.
• Tool Agility - Picks up new tools quickly and works confidently across multiple systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Recruiting or HR Internship - Prior internship or part-time experience in recruiting or HR.
• Remote or Startup Exposure - Comfortable with autonomy, async work, and building as you go.
• Leadership Experience - Society, club, or campus leadership showing drive and initiative.
