Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

Job Description Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, databases and referrals. Manage candidate pipeline in Zoho Recruit. Conduct screening interviews. Coordinate with clients. Maintain recruitment KPIs. Requirements 5+ years of recruitment experience (specifically in recruitment agencies). Strong sourcing skills. Experience with Gulf hiring preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 100% Remote Opportunity (Must have a stable internet connection and a reliable laptop/PC). Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit (or similar ATS systems) to manage the candidate pipeline. Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting Medical/Healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, Specialists). Proven track record in recruiting Engineering talents, specifically in the Construction & Contracting sector (e.g., Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers).
