Role Description The Junior Recruiter is a full-time hybrid role based in Da Nang City, Vietnam, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This position supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants throughout the process. The Junior Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand role requirements, draft job postings, and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate experience. Daily tasks include updating applicant tracking systems, organizing recruitment data, preparing offer documentation, and assisting with onboarding logistics. The role also involves participating in employer branding initiatives, such as promoting job opportunities through online channels and supporting recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open roles, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools, such as applicant tracking systems, productivity software, and online job platforms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and candidate records.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Da Nang City with remote responsibilities.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in the creative or media production industry; prior experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus but not required.
  

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM + Saturday, 9:00 AM-11:30 AM

Compensation: Up to 18,000,000 VND/month gross, depending on capability
