Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various platforms. Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
