We help to fill the talent gaps, reinforce the teams and support the transformation processes. Freelancers in our network range from strategy, marketing, sales, operations, technology and other mid/senior-level experts.

Our operations team in Barcelona needs extra support and that's why we are looking for a Recruiter who will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients.

What you are expected to do:

• Lead end-to-end freelance and executive searches across the Spanish Market
• Source and evaluate candidates and create lasting relationships with them
• Manage clients and act as a Talent Advisor for them
• Develop ‘Talent Maps’, job boards and sourcing strategies, and vendor networks
• Plan, advise, and define the sourcing strategy for business needs by considering the most appropriate channels to source talent.
• Align sourcing strategy with different sales partners for the Spanish regions

What experience you are expected to bring:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency or in-house
• Spanish C2 and English B2 communication skills
• Experience in identifying and engaging with senior-level/niche passive candidates
• Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
• Ability to think outside the box from a search perspective/ability to effectively engage with passive talent
• Ability to conduct and analyze research on a variety of websites to draw recommendations
• Quick learner and ability to handle multiple roles at the same time
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, marketplaces, and social media platforms

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in freelance/contractor search
