JOB SUMMARY
The Jr Replenishment & Sales Analyst supports the business through inventory, sales, and replenishment analysis. This role monitors business performance, identifies risks and opportunities, partners with cross-functional teams, and provides data-driven recommendations to help ensure product availability and customer success. This is a remote position based in the Bentonville, AR region to accommodate occasional on-site meetings with the local Sales team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and/or NWACC CRA Program Certificate preferred
- Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, or other retail reporting platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop within the organization
- Ability to think independently and work effectively on a team
- Exceptional follow up and follow through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day account management and analytical support for the Walmart business
- Prepare and distribute regular business performance reports, scorecards, and actionable summaries
- Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, orders, and instock performance to identify risks and opportunities
- Utilize Walmart Scintilla, Retail Link, and replenishment reporting tools to monitor business performance and support data-driven recommendations
- Review customer forecasts and order activity to help ensure inventory and supply are aligned with anticipated demand
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams to support customer needs
- Communicate proactively with Walmart replenishment and merchandising teams regarding inventory risks, ordering concerns, item performance, and recovery plans
- Track open action items and follow through with internal and external partners to support timely resolution
- Occasional travel may be required
