Junior Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Reporting Analyst to support a major South African retail group as they expand their operations. This role is about creating clear visibility for the leadership team so they can see where their processes are working and where they need to adjust. It is a full-time, permanent position that is fully remote, allowing you to contribute to a significant international project from your own workspace.

About the Role

You will not just be moving numbers around: you will be helpfully organizing information so that the management team can make decisions based on facts rather than guesses. What You Will Do

• Gathering data from various sources to update weekly status reports.
• Checking figures for accuracy to ensure the advisory team has reliable information.
• Creating simple charts and tables that make complex information easier to read.
• Maintaining the central record of project milestones and completion rates.
• Helping to write brief summaries that explain what the data means for the project.
• Attending remote team syncs to understand what metrics are most important for the week ahead.
• Updating internal documentation so that our client records remain current and organized.
• Identifying gaps in data collection and suggesting small, practical improvements.
