๐ด Why join Thynk?
Founded by a team of experienced SaaS founders and hospitality executives, Thynk is on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and become a new vertical SaaS giant. Our ambition is fuelled by a fantastic product built on top of the Salesforce platform and a spot on time to market.
We raised a 13M$ Series A from high-profile VCs (NY+EU) to scale our operations and expand to the US. Your role is key at our stage to make sure we scale the right way, it is an opportunity to have a big impact on the company.
Our customers are all over the world and so are we, with team members from 25 nationalities, based on 3 continents and 6 time zones - building a strong common culture while respecting the individual constraints of everyone in our remote-first environment.
Thynk is also going through a deep AI transformation โ we are rebuilding how our internal teams work, from sales to delivery, around AI tooling (Claude, Cowork, Code). Joining us today means being on the inside of that shift.
By joining the Thynk Team, you will recognize yourself in our values :
Ambition - We think big and act boldly. Weโre organized to move fast, scale quickly and set industry standards.
Care - We believe in the power of being surrounded by a diverse international team of all-stars, who are caring about each other and our customers. We prioritize balance and wellbeing.
Innovation - We look at the big picture to develop new solutions never done before. We believe in asking questions, challenging, and rarely taking no for an answer. We encourage our customers to do the same, and partner with them to bring forth this change.
Service - We develop services for people whose businesses are, above all, about quality of service. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our technology is simply a means of helping them deliver exceptional service to their customers.
๐ฃ About the role
We are on a mission to revolutionize the 2T$ hospitality industry and to become a new vertical SaaS giant.
As a rapidly growing SaaS company, with high-performance teams and a collaborative culture, where employee innovation and ideas are encouraged, this position is vital to Thynkโs success.
It will be your mission to support our Sales & Revenue Operations activities day-to-day โ helping the team stay accurate and on schedule with quote-to-order creation, Salesforce record setup (accounts, contacts, discovery meetings, purchases), and recurring and ad hoc reporting.
Revenue Operations at Thynk is also being rebuilt around AI โ from Salesforce data hygiene to reporting to pipeline governance, we're systematically replacing manual, repetitive work with AI-assisted workflows, freeing the function to focus on higher-leverage strategic work. As you master our processes, you'll increasingly help us automate them with AI too โ a hands-on way into how AI tooling is reshaping what "operations" even means in a modern B2B SaaS company.
You'll report to Stefano Ricci, our Revenue Operations Manager, working closely with the Sales team and with visibility across Finance and Professional Services. You'll work primarily in Salesforce, G Suite, Notion, and Power BI, with AI tools woven directly into how the role operates โ not bolted on as an afterthought.
๐งโ๐ป As our Junior Revenue Operations Analyst at Thynk, you will:
Contribute as an individual contributor in a strong, fully remote team and be a team player in a highly collaborative environment.
You'll join a lean, high-impact Revenue Operations function at a fast-scaling SaaS company, and be part of how we're rebuilding operations around AI from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting quote-to-order creation in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and timely handoffs across Sales, Finance, and Professional Services
Handling Salesforce record setup โ accounts, contacts, discovery meetings, and more โ with rigor and attention to detail
Supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting in Power BI and Google Sheets, flagging anomalies rather than just pushing data through
Providing general day-to-day support to the Sales team โ data cleaning, record updates, admin follow-ups, process updates
Helping identify and automate manual, repetitive parts of the above using AI tools โ a core part of the role, not a side project, once you're up to speed on our processes
AI is part of your toolkit, not a bolt-on
At Thynk, this role isn't manual support with an AI tool available if you want it. Once you know our processes, a core part of the job is helping us actively replace repetitive manual work with AI-assisted automation โ from quote and order creation to reporting checks. You'll get training and support to do this from day one.
Typical journey:
You'll start by learning our Sales & Revenue Operations processes closely, supporting day-to-day activities like quote-to-order creation, record setup, and reporting. As you build reliability, the role shifts toward helping us automate that same manual work with AI โ a genuine first step into a Revenue Operations career, with direct exposure to how a full revenue engine runs and how AI is changing that function in real time.
๐ญ About you
You will be a great fit if:
You have a degree in Business, Data/Analytics, Economics, or a related field
You're comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, basic data structuring โ pivot tables a plus)
You're genuinely detail-oriented and comfortable with structured, high-volume, repetitive data work โ this role has real rigor requirements
You're naturally curious and like to leave no stone unturned
You're fluent in English (written and spoken)
You operate well in a remote, async, multi-cultural environment, and you take ownership without needing micro-management.
Bonus points if you have:
AI-curious: you already use tools like Claude or ChatGPT for drafting, summarizing, or automating tasks โ or are visibly eager to start
Any prior exposure to a CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Interest in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Genuine interest in SaaS, Sales Ops, or RevOps as a career direction
Prior experience working in a SaaS or tech company
An additional European language
This job is made for you if you take pride in getting the fundamentals right, day in and day out โ accuracy, consistency, and follow-through come first. And when you spot a better way to do something, we want to hear it.
๐ Location
We are a full remote company. For this role, we're looking for candidates based in South and Eastern Europe or Asia.
โจ What you can expect :
๐บ We will provide the best IT equipment of your choice (Apple or Windows)
๐ธ We are remote-first : As a fully remote team of repeat entrepreneurs, we value communication, teamwork, and transparency above all.
๐ Global-first : You will join an international team with 21 nationalities on 3 continents : we organize monthly meetings and yearly events to gather all the team together. English is our first language .
๐ We are people-first : We care about our people (team members, clients, and partners), we value work-life balance, and consider any request to achieve fullfillment at work
