About the Role Behind every delivered system is a series of commercial steps that need to be handled accurately - from preparing offers and processing sales orders to maintaining complete documentation. As Junior Sales Administrator at ARX Robotics, you will support the day-to-day administration of these processes and help keep the operational backbone of our commercial team running reliably. You will create and process sales offers, orders, invoices, and the related documentation centrally in SAP, and you will be the point of contact for the departments involved in after-sales. Your accuracy keeps our order process clean and auditable - and it gives the wider Sales team the room to focus on customers, process improvements, and strategic work. This is a strong entry point for someone who likes clear processes, reliable systems, and being the person others trust to get the details right. We start at 50–60%, with the option to increase hours as the team grows. What You'll Build Create and process sales offers and sales orders in SAP, from order intake through to invoicing Prepare and issue invoices on time, in close coordination with Sales and Maintain complete and correctly filed order documentation, including order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices Check order data for accuracy and completeness, and keep it up to date in Handle order changes, queries, and discrepancies, clarifying them early and escalating where Act as the point of contact for other departments involved in after-sales, including Finance, Logistics, and Mission Operations Support the team with recurring administrative tasks, reports, and data checks Provide dependable operational support that frees up senior colleagues for processual and strategic work What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, order management, back office, customer service, or a comparable commercial support role Experience working with ERP software. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong Practical experience managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving operational discrepancies. A structured, dependable approach and the ability to manage and monitor multiple sales orders and priorities in a fast-growing environment.
