Now, to strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Assistant Food, Feed, and Pharma (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: As part of our sales team, you support in developing and maintaining our business in distribution of chemical raw materials related to our Food, Feed, and Pharma product segments in Croatia Thereby, you support expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact and visits You take over administrative sales tasks while we develop you further enabling you to take over additional sales responsibilities By researching further client needs as well as new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities Based on your analysis, our sales team (including you) sets targets for new business development, implement strategies for profitable sales growth and extend our product portfolio Additionally, you create detailed market overviews and customer databases bringing in new perspectives for business growth You also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly Your profile: You successfully finishing your university education with a focus on chemistry, food engineering or comparable, alternatively a commercial education with technical capabilities Furthermore, you gained professional experience in sales or sales administration, preferrably in the chemical industry, and would like to increase your technical sales expertise related to the Food, Feed, and Pharma product segments (e.g., raw materials for meat production) You are characterized by a profound customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability and commitment through which you build strong, trustful relationships Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Croatian as well as English with good negotiation abilities You hold a category B driving license and are able to travel regularly in Croatia – sometimes also abroad Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
