Job Description
As Junior Sales Support Representative you will improve the efficiency of the Sales Teams through delivering support functions and activities.
You will cover countries in the Rockwell Automation EMEA North sub-region, including PLN, DACH, CEE, UK/IRE, and Nordics, with a primary focus on Switzerland. It focusses on providing pricing and quotation support to the Sales teams, including liaison with customer and Rockwell Automation teams where required, for standard products, including software.
You will report to the EMEA Sales Support Team Leader - North.
You will work in Poland, Katowice (ul. Francuska 46).
Your Responsibilities:
Functional
- Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
- Provide first level support to the Sales team with internal Rockwell Automation processes and tools.
- Assist the Sales team with customer queries, including signposting to the correct department.
Business
- Help reduce the administrative burden on Sales team.
- Help provide a great experience for customers.
- Good experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes and tools.
- Keep skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical, and commercial) up to date.
- Takes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization or markets.
Interpersonal
- Provide continuing liaison with sales forces, internal departments within matrix structure, customers, and distribution channels.
- Provide information to support effective management of the business.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests to foster an open environment.
- Demonstrate behavior following Rockwell Automation values.
- Act with highest integrity in all areas.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Fluent Polish language skills (write, read and speak) - minimum C1 level.
- Fluent German language (write, read and speak) - minimum C1 level.
- Excellent English language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.
- Completed high school.
- Capability to work remotely and on the telephone.
- PC knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Daily use of CRM packages.
- AI literacy.
- Adopt and embrace new technologies.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Prior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization.
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 years of related experience.
- Excellent Italian language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.
- Excellent French language (write, read and speak) - minimum B2 level.
- Contribute professional and technical expertise.
- Add value for customers and partners and team members.
- Demonstrate business and financial knowledge.
- Drive productivity.
