👩 💻👨 💻About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP FI Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in developing a career in SAP Finance (FI) and wants to gain hands-on experience in a consulting environment.
No previous SAP experience is required. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced consultants, giving them the opportunity to develop both their SAP knowledge and consulting skills.
Fluency in Italian is essential, as you will work with Italian-speaking clients and/or business stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP FI implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Support business requirement gathering and process analysis.
- Participate in SAP FI configuration activities under senior consultant guidance.
- Help configure and support key SAP FI areas, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting
- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support the analysis and resolution of functional issues.
- Assist with SAP system testing, including preparing test scenarios and documenting results.
- Help prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
- Work closely with senior consultants, clients, and other project team members.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop SAP and finance-related knowledge.
- Support data migration, system configuration, and other project activities as required.
- Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking stakeholders.
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent or advanced Italian language skills.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
