👩 💻👨 💻About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SAP MM Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in SAP Materials Management (MM) and business process consulting. Previous SAP experience is not required. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training, mentoring, and hands-on support from experienced SAP consultants.

Fluency in Italian is essential, as the role will involve working with Italian-speaking clients and business stakeholders.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP MM implementation, configuration, and support activities under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Develop an understanding of key SAP Materials Management processes, including Procurement and purchasing, Purchase requisitions and purchase orders, Goods receipt and goods issue, Inventory management, Stock management, Vendor/supplier management, Invoice verification and Material master data
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support the analysis and resolution of functional issues.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process descriptions.
• Assist with data migration and data validation activities.
• Work closely with senior SAP consultants, technical teams, and business users.
• Participate in client meetings and gradually develop client-facing consulting skills.
• Support SAP implementation and maintenance projects.
• Continuously develop knowledge of SAP MM and related business processes.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent or advanced Italian language skills.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.
• Team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.

⭐Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain processes.
• Academic or internship experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, business, or IT.
• Previous experience with ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other enterprise applications.
• Experience working with international teams or clients.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
