Aim Of The Project:
- Coordinating post-implementation services and support processes in our partner’s system integration environment
- Junior Service Manager is responsible for supporting the stable operation of systems, tracking service requests, and coordinating the involved resources
- This position is not a classic project management role, but mainly focused on Service Management / post-implementation support management
- Work in a regulated, corporate environment with long-term collaboration
- Independently handling operational and service tasks
- Experience in: energy, finance, government, IT industries
- Corporate IT background
- Advantage: experience in SAP projects
- English and Hungarian language knowledge
