The Role As a Junior Software Engineer at Critical Manufacturing, you will be part of a challenging and impactful project focused on developing and evolving our Manufacturing Execution System (MES), a leading product used by customers in advanced manufacturing environments worldwide. We are looking for self‑motivated individuals with a strong passion for software development who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is not limited to a single technology stack or application layer. Instead, it is designed for engineers with the right mindset — curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn — who are interested in working across different parts of the system, from backend services and data layers to user‑facing applications. You will contribute to real industrial software where quality, performance, and scalability are critical, and where your work directly helps customers improve the performance and reliability of their operations.
