Are you ready to design your future? Be our next Junior Structural Drafter (Mining )! Your work environment at EXP We are seeking a Junior Structural Drafter to support the preparation and development of structural engineering drawings and design documentation. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and designers to produce accurate, high-quality drawings for mining and industrial projects involving steel, concrete, and infrastructure systems. You will be part of a collaborative mining and engineering team, supporting projects under the guidance of engineers and senior designers. This role provides exposure to structural design processes, drafting standards, and coordination across multiple disciplines in a dynamic project environment. The salary range for this role is between$45K - $50K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
