We are a white glove and rapidly growing MSP looking to add on a Junior System Administrator (Tier 1.5). The Junior System Administrator will be a hybrid position of providing end user support through service calls and completing backend system administration. The ideal Junior System Administrator (Tier 1.5) is an individual who has 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider supporting multiple external business’s. The Junior System Administrator (Tier 1.5) position is perfect for any IT Professional who has mastered basic tier 1 helpdesk tickets and it looking to gain more exposure to backend system administration! Junior System Administrator (Tier 1.5) – MSP Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (cisco meraki, sonicwall) Work along side senior engineers to assist with O365 migrations, new office build outs, network set ups Junior System Administrator (Tier 1.5) – MSP Job Requirements: 2+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED ConnectWise a major plus!! Microsoft Windows server / desktop skills and experience with varying hardware platforms including Dell and HP Networking/troubleshooting knowledge Knowledge & experience of Windows and Servers, Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 Configuration of Routers/Switches/Firewalls a plus.
