BoxTech is an IoT and telematics technology company developing modern web-based platforms, device management tools, and enterprise applications. We are looking for a creative Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing simple, modern, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Design clean, responsive, and user-friendly web application interfaces.

* Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

* Improve user experience based on customer feedback and usability testing.

* Work closely with developers and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive designs.

* Maintain a consistent design system across all products.

* Design dashboards, forms, reports, and mobile-responsive interfaces.

* Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets when required.

* Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Media Sciences, Graphic Design, or a related field (or currently in the final year).

* 0–2 years of UI/UX design experience.

* Good understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.

* Experience with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.

* Basic knowledge of responsive web design.

* Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.

* Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).

* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
