About the Job
Senior UI/UX Designer (SaaS / ERP)
Full-time · Remote
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 INR per month (with scope for growth based on performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own product design end-to-end for complex SaaS and ERP platforms. This is not a role where work arrives fully scoped — you'll be handed complex business problems, dense workflows, and system constraints, not simple ticket task lists. We need someone who can take a loosely defined product goal, figure out what needs to exist, design clean interfaces for complex user journeys, and drive them through to shipped software with minimal supervision.
You'll set the design bar for our platforms. That means both elevating what already exists — refining complex dashboards, systematizing design components, and untangling heavy workflows — and bringing a fresh perspective to new modules. You should have strong, defensible taste, a deep understanding of B2B/SaaS design patterns, and the communication skills to explain your decisions to engineers, founders, and stakeholders who will push back.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. While you can work from anywhere, remote ownership is an essential requirement of the role — our design process is fast-moving, collaborative, and relies on clear, asynchronous, and real-time communication.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end UI/UX for our SaaS & ERP modules: end-to-end user journeys, complex data tables, multi-step workflows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems — enterprise-grade reusable components, tokens, and data-density standards that keep complex applications coherent as features expand.
- Audit and improve existing SaaS workflows: identify friction points in dense dashboards or management tools, propose intuitive solutions, and execute — without waiting to be asked.
- Design complex business modules from zero with a fresh perspective, balancing technical feasibility with clean, modern UX.
- Work directly with engineers remotely to ensure designs ship as specced — reviewing builds, catching UI drift, and resolving technical trade-offs in real time.
- Present and defend design decisions clearly to senior leadership; take technical feedback well and know when to hold your ground on user experience standards.
- Move fast with AI-assisted prototyping tools (v0, Magic Patterns, Lovable, or similar) where they accelerate execution, and know when detailed, hand-crafted systems are needed.
- Contribute to visual branding and marketing assets as needed to support the product ecosystem.
What We Require
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years focused on SaaS, ERP, B2B platforms, or complex enterprise software, with a portfolio of shipped products that demonstrates real taste and deep logic.
- Expert-level Figma: components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, dynamic data tables, and scalable design system architecture.
- Proven design system experience: you've built or substantially overhauled a scalable SaaS design system used across real products.
- Mastery over complex UX: proven ability to simplify dense data, complex permissions, multi-role workflows, and transactional systems into intuitive UI.
- High initiative and low need for direction: you identify system gaps, propose solutions, and deliver high output without needing daily hand-holding.
- Excellent communication skills: you write clearly, present confidently, and can articulate the rationale behind complex workflow decisions.
- Proven remote discipline: reliable overlap with core working hours and the ability to drive complex projects forward independently.
Nice to Have
- ADA & Web Accessibility standards experience: practical knowledge of designing WCAG/ADA-compliant interfaces for web applications.
- Experience with AI design/prototyping tools (v0, Magic Patterns, Lovable, or similar) and how to incorporate them into an efficient product design workflow.
- Understanding of front-end constraints (React, Angular, Flutter, web frameworks) so your designs are optimized for real-world development.
- Motion & interaction design skills for web micro-interactions.
How We Work
Small team, high trust, high accountability. You'll report directly to senior leadership and have real ownership of design across our platform suite. There's no design-by-committee here — which means your work is visible, your decisions matter, and output is what counts.
Performance is rewarded, with potential for compensation increases based on quality of output and product impact.
How to Apply
- Send your portfolio and CV. Include 2–3 projects featuring SaaS or ERP workflows where you can walk us through the problem, your UX logic, and what shipped.
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered [email protected]
