Junior Video Editor / Content Producer — Asian Boss

Role Description The Junior Video Editor / Content Producer will support the production of original video content that reflects Asian Boss’s mission and style.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with our senior Motion Graphics Designer to prepare visual assets and support motion graphics production

• Research and find high-quality, accurate B-roll for Explainer videos

• Find and prepare news articles, screenshots, photos, archival footage, maps, and other visual references

• Edit video and assist with final video production

• Create approximately two vertical Shorts from each long-form Explainer, including editing and motion graphics

• Assist with filming, livestreams, and other production needs when necessary

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in the kind of stories Asian Boss covers.

You don't need to be an expert at everything yet. This is a junior position, and you'll have opportunities to learn from more experienced members of our production team.

But we DO expect you to:

• Have basic-to-intermediate motion graphics skills

• Be comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut and After Effects

• Have good visual judgment and attention to detail

• Be good at online research and finding visual material

• Communicate early when you encounter a problem

• Take feedback well and be willing to redo work when necessary

• Be able to work professionally in English

Most importantly, we want someone who understands our content.

📍 Location: Seoul, South Korea

💼 Position: Full-time

🏠 Work arrangement: Primarily in-office, with WFH once per week

🗓 Working days: Monday–Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm
