Junior VIP Manager

Your mission

• VIP Relationship & Community Management:
• Build, nurture, and maintain personalized relationships with VIP players.
• Deliver high-touch concierge support via direct messaging with VIPs.
• Gather community feedback, survey responses, and player sentiment to represent the "voice of the VIP" to product and development teams.
• Organize exclusive community events (e.g., live interactive sessions, VIP challenges, custom rewards, and player celebrations).
• LiveOps & CRM Execution:
• Support the planning and execution of the monthly LiveOps calendar.
• Configure and launch segmented in-game events and promotions based on player preferences and behavior.
• Coordinate with Art, Analytics and Content teams to prepare creative briefs and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across Push, In-App messages, Inbox and Email.
• Lifecycle Strategy & Retention:
• Monitor key player and business metrics such as Revenue, Active Users and Paying Users, learning how they connect to player behavior and the in-game economy.
• Support targeted retention and re-engagement initiatives across different stages of the player lifecycle.
• Combine player feedback and data to help identify opportunities for more personalized experiences and promotions.
  

Your profile

• Early-career profile: You may be starting your professional career or have some initial experience through internships or junior roles in marketing, product, data, gaming, CRM or customer-facing environments.
• Curious & quick learner: You enjoy understanding how things work, connecting ideas and applying what you learn to real situations.
• Analytical mindset: You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets, basic data and metrics, and you’re interested in understanding player behavior through numbers.
• AI-friendly: You’re curious about AI tools and how they can help you work smarter and more efficiently. Previous experience using them is a plus.
• Organized & proactive: You’re comfortable managing different tasks, paying attention to detail and taking increasing ownership as you learn.
• Collaborative: You enjoy working with different teams, asking questions and learning from more experienced colleagues.
• Gaming mindset: You genuinely enjoy games, gamified experiences and digital communities. Being an active gamer is a strong plus.
• Languages: Fluent Spanish is required, as day-to-day team communication is mainly in Spanish. Working proficiency in English is a plus.
• Location: Based in Barcelona or nearby and comfortable working in a flexible hybrid environment.
