The role
We are currently supporting a South African financial services firm as they refine their internal digital infrastructure and client-facing interfaces. As a Junior Web Designer, you will translate complex organizational logic into clear, functional web designs that help our clients navigate their new structural realities. This is a fully remote position that requires a focus on precision and clarity over visual flair for its own sake. You will support the team by ensuring that digital tools are easy to navigate and reflect the organizational changes we recommend.

What you will do

• Maintain and update existing web layouts for the South African financial project.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for internal decision-making tools and client portals.
• Ensure that all design assets align with the structural documentation provided by our senior consultants.
• Test website functionality across different browsers to identify and fix technical friction.
• Collaborate with the broader remote team to refine user interfaces based on evidence-backed feedback.
• Draft simple documentation explaining design choices and site navigation for non-technical users.
• Support the transition of legacy content into modernized, structured web formats that improve accountability.

What we are looking for

• Basic familiarity with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
