Role Description The Juridisch Adviseur – Legal Advisor is a part-time, remote role providing legal support to MantraCare’s operations and strategic initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements related to healthcare, technology, and employer solutions. The role involves advising on regulatory compliance, data protection, labor and employment matters, and risk management in multiple jurisdictions as relevant. The Legal Advisor will support real estate and conveyancing issues that may arise from business expansion, and provide guidance on family law considerations where they intersect with wellness and benefits programs. This position collaborates closely with leadership, HR, operations, and external partners to ensure legally sound, ethical, and practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks to digital health and AI-enabled services.
• Experience in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate, supporting property-related transactions and facility arrangements as needed.
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, advising on workforce policies, contracts, and employer obligations across relevant regions.
• Familiarity with Family Law, particularly where it intersects with wellness programs, benefits, and patient or member rights.
• Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); admission to the bar in at least one jurisdiction is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or technology companies, ideally in a digital or telehealth environment.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and clear, concise legal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple matters concurrently, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA or similar) is an advantage.
