As a K Trainee, your experience goes beyond your role as an AI Trainee. You will get to explore K Group’s business across different areas and broaden your perspective beyond your own field.
You will take on a hands-on professional role while developing your skills and building a network for the start of your career. A personal mentor, development sessions, job shadowing across our different business divisions and opportunities to meet K Group leaders will bring perspectives beyond your day-to-day role.
You will work as part of the AI Solutions team and contribute to the team’s ongoing development work. Your assignments will be determined through the team’s shared prioritization and will vary according to current business and technology needs. Your skills and experience will also be considered when determining suitable assignments for you. This gives you the opportunity to work on different AI-related challenges and gain broad, practical experience.
Depending on your assignments, you may work on AI agents and generative AI applications, shared AI platforms and components, system integrations, data processing and RAG solutions. Your work may also involve testing and improving large language model based solutions or supporting their operationalisation, monitoring and continuous development through LLMOps practices. You will collaborate with business and technology specialists and learn to look at AI solutions from both a technical perspective and in terms of the business value they create.
