The Kalnapilis Brewery in Panevėžys is a key manufacturing site within the Baltic Supply Chain organisation, supplying beer and beverages to both domestic and export markets. The company is currently looking for experienced and inspirational Plant Manager to lead the brewery and drive operational excellence, business performance, people development, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Baltics , the successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in delivering the company's strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead all brewery operations, including brewing, packaging, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehousing, and utilities. Develop and coach the leadership team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and engagement Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety standards. Deliver production, service level, quality, and cost targets while optimising efficiency and asset utilisation. Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and operational excellence methodologies. Manage the brewery operating budget and ensure effective cost control, resource utilisation, and investment planning. Lead strategic capacity planning, asset management, and capital investment projects to support future growth. Build strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and other business functions. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure the development and retention of key talent across the organisation. Requirements University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. Significant leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in brewing, beverages, food, FMCG, or another process industry. Proven track record of delivering operational and financial results through effective leadership and performance management. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, quality systems, maintenance, and supply chain processes. Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, and investment evaluation. Communication, collaboration, and stakeholders’ management skills Experience with ERP systems and performance management tools. Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
