Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.
Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to drive growth within strategically important customers across the defence and UAV ecosystem. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and leading complex commercial engagements from initial discussions through to long-term partnerships.
Working closely with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders, you will help expand the adoption of advanced technologies in international markets. This role combines strategic account development, business development, and enterprise sales, requiring a proactive approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex customer organisations.
Location: Kyiv or Lviv (on-site)
Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritise Grade A/B prospective customers within the assigned territory.
Develop relationships across customer organisations, including engineering, programme management, procurement, business development and executive leadership.
Build direct relationships with senior and C-level decision-makers.
Understand customers’ current and future UAV programmes and identify where Sine products can become embedded.
Own major commercial opportunities from initial engagement through evaluation, design-in, negotiation, contracting and production orders.
Identify new UAV, new product and upgrade opportunities within strategic customers.
Develop stakeholder maps, opportunity strategies and competitive positioning for major opportunities.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, volume expectations, long-term conditions and commercial frameworks.
Coordinate senior company management involvement in strategic customer relationships where appropriate.
Ensure the CRM accurately reflects the status of all strategic accounts and opportunities.
Develop market intelligence regarding key customers, programmes, competitors and procurement dynamics.
Represent the company at major industry events, customer meetings and relevant market activities.
Requirements:
5+ years of successful B2B sales, business development or strategic account experience.
Written and spoken English at a strong B2 level or higher.
Demonstrable experience developing major customers and complex commercial opportunities.
Experience with long and technically complex sales cycles.
Strong strategic account planning and stakeholder-mapping capability.
Strong commercial negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technically complex products sufficiently well to engage credibly with sophisticated customers.
Ability to operate independently and create opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.
Excellent organisational, CRM and forecasting discipline.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and internationally.
Nice to have:
Direct experience in defence, UAVs, aerospace, robotics, electronics, telecommunications or another relevant deep-tech industry.
Existing relationships with UAV manufacturers, defence primes, neo-primes or related organisations within the assigned market.
Experience selling electronic hardware or components requiring customer integration and testing.
Understanding of radio communications, electronic warfare, UAV architecture or related technologies.
Experience working across multiple countries or within an international sales organisation.
What we offer:
Flexible working hours, 24 days of paid annual leave, and unlimited sick leave.
Health insurance (broad coverage), sports activities.
Learning support: external/internal training, English courses, and covered AI tools & software licenses.
Military service deferral (reservation) for eligible employees, plus support for veterans and their families.
A comfortable, safe workplace — ergonomic setups, on-site bomb shelter, modern equipment, and daily snacks.
A human-centric culture built on trust and ownership, where people care about each other and getting things done matters most.
