As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Key Account Manager - Europe, to help shape the future of our brands and markets.
THE ROLE
As Key Account Manager for Europe, you will drive profitable growth across priority department-store accounts by building strong direct partnerships. In this Copenhagen-based role, you will be responsible for developing and growing Vita Brands across Europe, with a focus on key markets while also identifying opportunities in new markets. You will use Joint Business Plans as the commercial foundation for each key account, ensuring clear growth priorities, strong execution and long-term value creation. In the role, you will also lead appointed agents to expand market reach, strengthen execution and increase Vita Brands’ presence across Europe.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT VITA BRANDS
- Build and execute the sales plan for key markets in Europe.
- Own senior relationships with priority department-store accounts.
- Develop Joint Business Plans covering growth, assortment, space, activation, sell-out and profitability.
- Run monthly JBP reviews and agree corrective actions.
- Negotiate listings, spaces, terms, contributions and commitments.
- Lead agents: selection, briefing, targets, follow-up and performance.
- Identify new retail, wholesale and project opportunities.
- Track sales, margin, distribution, pipeline, forecast and execution.
- Share market insights on competitors, pricing, customers and trends.
- Represent Vita brands in customer meetings, markets and trade fairs.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Key Account Manager with international sales background, bringing in a passion for customers, business performance, beautiful design and a desire for working with great brands. You have the ability navigate on both strategic and operational level and can translate strategy into execution. You can develop customer relationships into sustainable partnership and set common targets that paves the way to success. You set high standards, is self-driven and you enjoy traveling to meet with customers. You appreciate being a part of a sales team. A few more details that you are familiar with:
Education: Business, marketing or comparable commercial background.
Experience: 3-5 years in international sales, premium/luxury brands, key accounts or commercial development.
- Premium retailers and strategic accounts.
- Joint Business Planning and account execution.
- Agent/distributor management and territory development.
- Margin, forecasting and negotiation.
- Retail negotiations: doors, space, locations and terms.
- Strong stakeholder management across customers and internal functions.
- Fluent English; Danish an advantage
The role is based in the Copenhagen Office where you will be working from, but there will be requent travel in Europe to customer meetings and trade fairs.
