Your role
As a Key Account Manager (VSC Japan) within the Vacuum Technique business area, your mission is to drive strategic growth by nurturing key customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet market demands. Reporting directly to the Head of Edwards Japan - CC, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Semi Chamber Solutions Division's objectives in Japan.

You have 5 - 7 years of experience in key account management or a related field within the vacuum technology or semiconductor industry.

In This Role, You Will
- Develop and implement account strategies that align with our company vision and market trends, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities for new business development with existing clients and actively pursue potential prospects in the Japanese market.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to advise on product improvements and market positioning.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong, long-term partnerships built on trust and mutual value.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent understanding of the Japanese market and customer dynamics.
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English, enabling effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Experience working collaboratively with technical teams and cross-departmental stakeholders.
