Location: Remote/Homebased with occasional travel

Working hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and team orientated Key Account Support Coordinator to join our Key Account Support team (OX14 1RL) and play a vital role in keeping our service operations running seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Key Account Support Coordinator, you’ll be the connection between one of our key national customers and our field engineers, coordinating critical work, solving problems, and ensuring we deliver on our promises.

You will:

• Plan and schedule field engineer visits, responding quickly and effectively to changing customer needs.

• Deliver outstanding service in every interaction, whether on a call or an email.

• Work closely with engineers, coordinators, and the wider business to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
