Role Description The Keyholder at AI Echo is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily operational tasks, ensuring platform integrity, and supporting community engagement. This role includes managing access and permissions, monitoring user interactions, and helping maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all community members. The Keyholder will respond to member inquiries, provide guidance on platform features and content, and escalate technical or policy issues when needed. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating with internal teams, documenting procedures, and contributing feedback to improve user experience and platform operations.

Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge skills to understand AI Echo’s platform features, content offerings, and community guidelines.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, professionally, and supportively with community members.
- Experience in Retail Sales and Customer Experience or similar roles, with a focus on guiding users through services and enhancing satisfaction.
- Ability to manage access control, follow operational procedures, and handle issues with sound judgment and integrity.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and strong time-management and organization skills.
- Prior experience in online communities, tech platforms, or AI-related environments is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in communications, technology, or related fields is an advantage.
