While we may not have an immediate opening, we are actively building a pipeline of strong Email Marketing Specialists for upcoming growth initiatives. As a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll directly contribute to increasing revenue across our eCommerce brands by improving and scaling our email flows and campaigns. Your work will have a measurable impact on company profitability and long-term growth. This role is for someone who wants to build, optimize, and scale — not just send newsletters. What You’ll Own & Build In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics: Increasing revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25% Building, optimizing, and scaling high-performing automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win back, etc.) Launching strategic campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases Running consistent A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, segmentation, and offers Using data insights to continuously refine performance and reporting results clearly What We’re Looking For We’re excited to work with someone who: Has at least 2 years of email marketing experience in eCommerce Has hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Required) Has experience working with Shopify (nice to have) Has a strong creative mindset and solid copywriting skills Is analytical, performance-driven, comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment Thinks in terms of revenue impact, not just open rates Portfolio Requirement Your portfolio is a strong requirement for this role.
