This role involves translating detailed designs from Figma into fully functional and responsive email campaigns within Klaviyo.

The ideal candidate will have a robust technical understanding of email marketing tools and a proven ability to execute tasks with precision.

This position focuses solely on the technical execution and setup of email campaigns, not on strategic campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Construction: Convert designs from Figma into fully functional Klaviyo email campaigns, ensuring all elements are perfectly aligned, formatted, and optimized for various devices and email clients.
• Technical Setup: Implement the technical aspects of email campaigns, including linkages, promotional codes, and segmentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to integrate creative assets and meet design and layout standards.
• Quality Assurance: Test and review emails to ensure they meet the required specifications before internal approval.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical issues related to email formatting or the setup process.
• Campaign Organization: Manage and organize email campaigns within Klaviyo to maintain clarity and ease of updates.

Requirements

• Expertise in Klaviyo: Extensive experience with Klaviyo's campaign setup and management features.
• Proficiency in Figma: Capable of adapting design files for use in email marketing platforms.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in crafting responsive email campaigns and solving related technical issues.
• Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Communication: Effective communicator, able to work well with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in graphic design or digital marketing, specifically within e-commerce.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for reviewing technical execution (not campaign performance).
