Knowledge Lawyer - Employment

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in Dublin for a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Employment team in Dublin, supporting a growing group of employment lawyers advising domestic and international employers on complex Irish and cross-border employment matters.

The role will involve monitoring legal developments, maintaining precedents and know-how, producing client updates and thought leadership, and designing and delivering employment law training. The successful candidate will also support business development and client engagement initiatives, work on cross-border projects, contribute to legal research and help develop the team's use of AI, technology and other knowledge tools.

Essential Criteria:

• 4+ years’ PQE;
• Strong employment law background;
• Excellent academics;
• Commercial awareness;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team player;
• Technically excellent.
