Role Description The Event Management Intern will support the planning and execution of corporate, government, and cultural events for domestic and international clients. This internship role is hybrid, based in Seoul, South Korea, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home days as assigned. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and preparation of event materials and documentation. The intern will help with market research, schedule management, and on-site support during events, as well as contribute to basic marketing and communication activities related to event promotion. The role provides training and exposure to global MICE and cultural projects, working closely with senior team members in a collaborative environment.


Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills to support logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in a professional setting.
  • Understanding of basic Marketing principles to assist with event promotion and audience engagement.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in Training activities related to MICE, culture, and entertainment projects.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related fields).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Seoul, South Korea, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in Korean; English language skills and interest in international business are beneficial
