Korean Interpreter

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Korean Interpreter at Grupo Noa International. The Korean Interpreter will handle inbound and outbound calls, interpreting between Korean and English (and other languages as applicable) to support customer service, sales, and direct response campaigns. Daily tasks include accurately conveying customer inquiries and responses, clarifying information, and ensuring that communication between customers and client representatives is clear, professional, and culturally appropriate. The interpreter will follow call scripts and client guidelines, document call details, and maintain confidentiality of customer data. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors to improve call handling, meeting performance targets, and consistently providing a courteous, efficient customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent speaking, listening, and reading comprehension skills.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support in a remote or virtual environment.
• Ability to interpret accurately and quickly, maintaining the tone and intent of both customers and client representatives.
• Comfort with call scripts, basic sales or upselling techniques, and direct response campaigns.
• Solid computer literacy, including stable internet connectivity, proficiency with web-based communication tools, and basic CRM or call center software.
• Professional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to remain calm and respectful in high-pressure or escalated situations.
• Strong time management skills, reliability for scheduled shifts, and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in multilingual environments or international customer support is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent
