Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role based in Seoul, South Korea, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Student Intern will support project teams in MICE, culture, and entertainment initiatives by assisting with research on markets, clients, and events, and preparing summaries or reports. Daily tasks may include organizing logistical information, drafting basic presentations and documents, and helping coordinate communication with partners and stakeholders under supervision. The intern will also assist with data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to client projects and internal operations. Depending on project needs, the role may involve supporting social media or marketing activities, and participating in team meetings to gain exposure to global business and event management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analysis abilities, including the capacity to gather information from multiple sources and present clear summaries.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Korean, with at least basic proficiency in English for global coordination.
- Comfort with standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and professionalism in interacting with colleagues and external partners.
- Current enrollment in a university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, International Relations, Event Management, or a related field) is preferred.
- Interest in MICE, culture, entertainment, global business, or public-sector projects, with a motivation to learn and grow in an international setting.
