Role Description The KSA Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s online language training presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing a local market strategy, managing client acquisition and retention for both public and corporate learners, and coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, admin, and academics. The role involves overseeing the setup and ongoing optimization of the provided e-commerce website and CRM, supervising local staff and trainers as needed, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality language and soft-skills training using Lingua Learn’s materials. The partner will monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies based on market feedback, and maintain strong communication with Lingua Learn headquarters to align local operations with global standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including client relationship management and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and interpret performance data.
• Writing skills to support local marketing content, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Training experience, preferably in education, language instruction, or corporate learning environments.
• Proven experience in business development, franchise management, or education services in KSA.
• Understanding of the Saudi market, including regulatory requirements and cultural norms.
• Comfort working remotely with digital tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, online meeting software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
