Role Description In this remote, contract Franchise Partnership role, the partner is responsible for establishing and growing a Lingua Learn online language school in their designated territory. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing campaigns, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team on HR, sales, and administrative matters. The partner will build relationships with corporate and public clients, adapt and promote Lingua Learn’s course offerings to local market needs, and ensure high-quality delivery of online language and training services. Regular tasks involve monitoring performance metrics, conducting local market research, and implementing strategies to increase enrollments and brand visibility. The partner will also support teacher allocation and training in collaboration with Lingua Learn’s academic team to maintain consistent standards.

- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support onboarding of local staff and ensure effective delivery of language and skills programs.
- Experience in education, training, or franchising, and familiarity with online or e-commerce platforms are highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, business development experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are preferred.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language, along with strong organizational and time-management skills, will be an advantage.
