Role Description The Kvalificerad Administrativ Koordinator / Executive Secretary at RESCON AB is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the executive leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The coordinator will handle correspondence, maintain digital and physical records, support basic financial administration (such as invoice tracking and expense reporting), and assist with project coordination and follow-up. Daily tasks also involve responding to inquiries from partners and clients, ensuring professional and timely communication, and contributing to efficient workflows and organizational processes. The position requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance, including calendar management, document preparation, meeting coordination, and records management.
- Customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, provide reliable support, and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
- Basic finance skills, such as handling invoices, expense reports, and simple budget tracking or financial documentation.
- Excellent organization skills, including task prioritization, time management, and maintaining structured workflows in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and videoconferencing platforms).
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving priorities in a research-driven environment.
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field; experience in research, healthcare, or public policy sectors is an advantage.
