A leading international financial services organisation is seeking a KYC Associate to join its Dublin team on an 8 month contract basis. This role will focus primarily on Know Your Customer (KYC) periodic reviews, ensuring client records remain compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform end to end KYC periodic reviews for corporate and institutional clients.
- Review customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) documentation.
- Assess client ownership structures, source of wealth, source of funds, and risk classifications.
- Ensure client records are maintained in line with AML, CTF, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and clients to obtain outstanding documentation and information.
- Identify and escalate potential financial crime, sanctions, or regulatory concerns where appropriate.
- Complete reviews within agreed service level agreements and regulatory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails within internal systems.
- Support ongoing remediation and regulatory-driven review projects as required.
- Previous experience within KYC, AML, Client Onboarding, Financial Crime, or Compliance Operations.
- Strong understanding of customer due diligence and periodic review processes.
- Experience reviewing corporate ownership structures and beneficial ownership information.
- Knowledge of AML and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a high volume of reviews while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Experience working with corporate, institutional, or investment banking clients.
- Knowledge of sanctions screening and financial crime controls.
- Familiarity with KYC workflow systems and case management tools.
- Relevant AML, Compliance, or Financial Crime qualifications.
