We are looking for an experienced, autonomous KYC/KYB & AML Compliance Officer to manage counterparty due diligence, drive onboarding with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and financial institutions, and optimize our compliance framework in High-Risk sectors. In this role, you will: Lead comprehensive KYC/KYB due diligence for all counterparties, ensuring full regulatory compliance and effective risk mitigation. Drive the onboarding process with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and banks, acting as a key compliance partner to internal teams and managing all documentation. Facilitate B2B cooperation by managing company onboarding with external partners, expertly handling KYC questionnaires and corporate documents. Develop and continuously improve KYC processes and AML policies, specifically tailored to counterparty verification and PSP relations. Administer and optimize KYC tools for deep counterparty screening and ongoing monitoring. Skills you’ll need to bring: Domain Expertise: Proven compliance experience in High-Risk sectors (Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges). Background in iGaming is highly preferred. Certifications: Active professional AML/CFT / KYC Officer certification (e.g., ACAMS/CAMS, ICA, CySEC, or equivalent). Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of international KYC/AML procedures, counterparty verification, and regulatory requirements. Tool Proficiency: Practical, hands-on experience with compliance software, transaction monitoring tools, and PEP/sanction screening platforms. Nice to have: Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments, finding necessary information and structuring processes without centralized instructions.
