About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Analyst to join our team and take ownership of KYC onboarding and subscription processing for our funds. You will be the primary point of contact for investors during the onboarding and subscription lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from first engagement through to final settlement with our fund administrator. Working at the intersection of investor relations, compliance, and fund operations, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to support new investor onboarding and ongoing servicing. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision and investor experience in equal measure. Responsibilities End-to-end management of investor subscription and redemption processes for Luxembourg funds (RAIF/AIF structures) and our funds in other jurisdictions Collection, review, and follow-up of KYC/AML documentation from investors, ensuring completeness and compliance with applicable requirements Acting as the primary investor contact throughout onboarding, handling queries professionally and efficiently Liaison with the external fund administrator for the timely transmission and reconciliation of subscription and KYC files Monitoring open items and maintaining up-to-date investor records and pipeline trackers Coordination with the internal sales team to support investor onboarding from pipeline to close Contribution to the ongoing improvement of onboarding workflows, templates, and internal procedures Support on periodic AML refresh exercises and investor recertification cycles 2–3 years of experience in a KYC, transfer agency, or fund administration role within the Luxembourg fund industry Solid understanding of AML/KYC requirements applicable to Luxembourg investment funds Familiarity with Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF, AIF) and the role of the AIFM and fund administrator Comfort working with evolving technology and digital workflows; interest in process automation and AI-assisted tooling Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple investor files simultaneously without loss of accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you will interact directly with institutional and professional investors Full professional proficiency in English (team and investor correspondence language) Right to work in Luxembourg at the time of application; the firm is unable to provide visa sponsorship Nice to have University degree in finance, law, economics, or a related field Experience with investor portals or fund administration platforms Exposure to cross-border fund distribution and multi-jurisdictional investor bases Additional European language skills (French, German) Be part of a high-growth, award-winning fintech reshaping private market investing Work at the heart of investor relations, compliance, and fund operations Build deep expertise in Luxembourg fund structures (RAIF/AIF) and cross-border AML/KYC frameworks Operate in a fast-paced, disruptive culture with modern, AI-assisted tooling Join a bright, international, and open-minded team that values collaboration as much as performance Grow professionally as we scale globally Stableton is an equal opportunity employer.
