About Wander

Travel is a $4 trillion industry running on software from the last century. We are fixing that. Wander.com is the leading marketplace for exceptional vacation homes with best-in-category guest satisfaction. WanderOS takes that same battle-tested engine and puts it in the hands of every property manager on Earth: conversion-optimized direct booking websites, automated guest marketing, and AI-powered distribution to millions of travelers. Operators own their brand, their bookings, and their guests. No middlemen.

Wander is led by a second-time founder and an all-star team from companies like Shopify. We are a Series B company gearing up for Series C, and product velocity has gone vertical: AI agents, payments, new distribution channels, and performance products, all shipping on a cadence most companies would call impossible. We call it Tuesday.

Our mission is to help people find their happy place. Our vision is to build the infrastructure for people to experience the world. If you want to make a dent in one of the largest industries on the planet, this is the place.

About the role

Want to build the acquisition engine behind the operating system for hospitality? WanderOS (wander.com/os) is how property managers and vacation rental operators run their business: direct booking websites, automated guest marketing, AI-powered distribution, and payments, all in one place. As our L6 Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will own how operators discover us, try us, and sign up. You will set the growth strategy, run paid, organic, partner, and referral channels, and build the landing pages and conversion flows that turn traffic into qualified sign-ups and demo requests.

This is an individual contributor position reporting to Wander's CMO. It is highly cross-functional and refreshingly measurable: you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Product Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing, and your impact will show up in the numbers that matter most: qualified pipeline, CAC, conversion rate, and new customer growth. If you love running experiments, obsessing over funnels, and watching CAC drop while pipeline climbs, let's talk.

This role is remote across the US or Canada. If you are in Austin or San Francisco, we have offices waiting for you (SF is in the Presidio).

Level: L6 Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Years of experience set the level. This posting is for L6 Senior:

  • 5 to 8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • You own acquisition end to end and execute growth plans quickly and independently.
  • You are the market expert on how operators find and buy software like ours, and you advise Product Marketing and Sales on growth, testing, and conversion.

What you'll do

Own the acquisition engine

  • Set the growth marketing strategy for WanderOS and execute with excellence across paid acquisition (search, social, and display), SEO and organic, partnerships, and referral programs.
  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize landing pages, sign-up flows, and conversion funnels with a test-and-learn approach that lowers CAC and lifts conversion at every step.
  • Manage and scale performance marketing budgets with a sharp eye on efficiency, attribution, and payback.
  • Be the custodian of our acquisition messaging: develop offers, creative, and value propositions that resonate with property managers and vacation rental operators, in partnership with Product Marketing.

Immerse in the data

  • Mine funnel data to size opportunities, run rigorous experiments, find leading indicators, and prove impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for the KPIs that matter: traffic, conversion rate, CAC, qualified pipeline, and new customer growth.
  • Own and evolve the growth tech stack: ad platforms, analytics, attribution, landing page tooling, and integrations with the CRM.

AI reflexivity

  • As everyone at Wander must, you have a keen interest in AI and are proficient in the ways AI can amplify your impact: creative generation, campaign analysis, audience research, and automation of the work that used to eat your week.

Communicate and influence

  • Communicate strategies, plans, impact, and market insights to the CMO, Sales, Product, and the founder. Socialize what is working across the organization.
  • Build high-trust relationships with Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Customer Success so growth is a company motion, not a marketing silo.

Be the voice of the operator

  • Know our ICP cold: property managers and vacation rental operators from independent hosts to large hospitality businesses. Translate what they care about into campaigns that convert.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a significant track record of owning acquisition end to end and exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Hands-on chops with paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar), SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Data-first analytical thinking: you are comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL a plus) to size opportunities, run experiments, and prove impact.
  • A marketing generalist who knows most growth channels but has the experience and skills to go deep where it matters.
  • Excellent, persuasive writing. You craft messaging that sounds human, not robotic.
  • A curious, entrepreneurial, resourceful approach to problem solving, and a growth mindset: if you do not know how to do it, you will learn or figure it out.
  • You thrive on change rather than endure it, and you are resilient and resourceful in the face of ambiguity.
  • Hardcore. You set a high bar, move fast, and ship.

Additional assets

  • Experience in proptech, hospitality, travel, or vacation rentals.
  • Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market operators rather than consumers.
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or similar operator-facing software.
  • Prior entrepreneurial experience: you ran a business, founded something, or were early at a startup.
  • A personal mantra of owning your own development. Tell us the courses, books, or mentors you used to level up your craft.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: $150,000 to $185,000 USD. This is Series B startup market rate for the L6 Senior level, with placement in the range based on experience and location. Canadian offers are calibrated to local market rates.
  • Meaningful equity. You will own a piece of what you build.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Remote-first across the US and Canada, with offices in Austin, TX and San Francisco (Presidio) if you want a desk.
