You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Review certified payroll and workforce data to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage requirements, and applicable labor regulations.

  • Verify correct payment of wages, overtime, shift differentials, holiday pay, and fringe benefits for workers, equipment operators, and forepersons.

  • Review contractor Statements of Compliance, payroll records, sign-in sheets, and applicable wage determination schedules for accuracy and completeness.

  • Verify apprentice registration, wage rates, and fringe benefits in accordance with USDOL or approved State apprenticeship program requirements.

  • Identify and track compliance discrepancies, maintain the Pending Issues Log, and follow up with contractors on corrective actions and payroll revisions.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, or related area or equivalent
    preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with labor oversight, payroll, or finance background.

  • Detail-oriented and organized individuals strongly encouraged.

  • Must possess analytical skills and evaluation techniques.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

  • Experience with B2Gnow and LCP Tracker payroll software preferred or familiarity with electronics payroll systems

Note: The estimated salary for this position is $90K. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
