About the Role
Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental and workplace safety matters. You will advise companies on regulatory compliance and help them navigate permitting and challenges involving the EPA.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.
Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges before the EPA.
Build and grow a client practice while collaborating across a national legal team.
What We're Looking For
At least 10 years of relevant legal experience.
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
A portable book of business appropriate to an income or equity partner role.
Compensation & Benefits
The listed salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Income and equity partner opportunities are available, with partner placement informed by portable business. Visa sponsorship is not available.
