Labor & Employment Partner (Environmental/OSHA)

About the Role

Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise companies on regulatory compliance and represent them in permitting matters and challenges involving the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.

• Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges involving the EPA.

• Develop and grow a portable client practice as an income or equity partner.

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling environmental permitting and EPA challenges.

• Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for income partner consideration, or approximately $1 million for equity partner consideration.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
