About the Role
Join a labor and employment practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety law. You will advise companies on regulatory compliance, permitting, and challenges involving the EPA.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on compliance with environmental workplace safety regulations.
Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges before the EPA.
Develop and grow a portable client practice while working with colleagues across the firm.
What We're Looking For
At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law focused on workplace safety regulations.
Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for income partner consideration or $1 million for equity partner consideration.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
