About the Role
Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise organizations on regulatory compliance and represent them in permitting matters and challenges involving the EPA.
What You'll Do
Advise clients on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.
Handle permitting matters and respond to challenges before the EPA.
Build and grow a client practice, collaborating with colleagues across the firm.
What We're Looking For
At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
A portable book of business appropriate to an income or equity partner role.
Compensation & Benefits
The stated salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Income and equity partner opportunities are available, with portable business expectations varying by partnership level. Visa sponsorship is not available.
