Labor & Employment Partner, Environmental/OSHA

About the Role

A national labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise business clients on compliance matters and support them through permitting and challenges involving the EPA.

What You'll Do

• Advise companies on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance obligations.

• Handle permitting matters related to environmental workplace safety.

• Respond to challenges involving the EPA on behalf of clients.

What We're Looking For

• 10 or more years of experience practicing as an environmental lawyer, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.

• Experience handling permitting and responding to EPA challenges.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.

• A portable book of business of approximately $500,000 for consideration as an income partner, or approximately $1 million for consideration as an equity partner.

Compensation & Benefits

The listed salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. The partner opportunity may be at the income or equity level, depending on portable business. Visa sponsorship is not available.
